Relaf

At Relaf, we work so that children who are living in orphanages, deprived of family love and exposed to the violation of their rights, have someone to play with, can teach them how to walk, talk, and advise them. We help them find a family to grow, to be happy, present, and to build a plan for their future.

Projects Abroad

Projects Abroad is the leading volunteer abroad organisation, with over 10,000 volunteers choosing us every year. Volunteering on one of our projects gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a new culture and community, in one of 30 developing countries.

Planeterra

Planeterra Foundation is a non-profit organization that has contributed millions of dollars towards projects in areas of social enterprise, healthcare, conservation, and emergency response.

People & Places

The 3-way relationship between us, the local community and you, the volunteer

We believe that volunteering isn't a replacement for a traditional holiday. Responsible volunteering can be emotionally exhausting and mentally challenging - but it can also be a profound and life-enhancing experience if you are well-prepared, well-matched with your host community and well-supported in your endeavours.

Next Generation Nepal

At Next Generation Nepal, we reconnect trafficked Nepali children with their families. Taken from rural villages, and at a young age, many of these children end up in illegal orphanages and homes. Often, they are found on the brink of starvation and in terrible conditions. With child trafficking still a major problem in Nepal, we need your help as much as ever.

Maestral

Maestral International’s vision is a world where every child is able to reach his or her full potential. Working with a wide range of partners, we join forces to promote the achievement of all children’s best interests.

Lumos

Our vision is a world in which all children have the opportunity to grow up and thrive in a safe and caring family or, where there is no alternative, in specialist placements that meet all their needs, respect their rights and ensure they can fulfill their potential.

LSE Volunteer Centre

We help LSE students find a volunteering placement at a charity or not-for-profit organisation during their time studying at LSE. We offer a range of volunteering opportunities for students to get involved in whether they have one hour or two days a week to spare.

Learning Service

Learning Service offers a powerful new approach that invites volunteers to learn from host communities before trying to ‘help’ them. It’s also a thoughtful critique of the sinister side of volunteer travel; a guide for turning good intentions into effective results; and essential advice on how to make the most of your experience.
